Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is a request, not an automatic confirmed booking. A ride is confirmed only after AeroRoute confirms availability, route, timing, and price directly.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, dates, passenger count, luggage needs, and special requests.
Published prices are starting prices in USD. Final pricing may vary by date, route, waiting time, vehicle type, late-night timing, stops, or itinerary complexity.
Extra stops, route changes, extra waiting time, or multi-day changes should be agreed on WhatsApp before or during the ride.
